The Stevens-Coolidge House Gardens is an early 20th century estate located on the site of a former farm in North Andover, Massachusetts. Working closely with the Trustees of Reservations land preservation collection, our team developed a phased strategy for expansion that celebrates the unique botanic legacy of the Stevens-Coolidge Estate. The MYKD team worked hand in hand with horticulturalists from the Trustees to create plant ecologies of distinct characters including meadow, perennial garden, rain garden, and formal garden, further emphasizing seasonal interests and ecological functions.
