As part of the Hemisfair Park redevelopment goals, the Hemisfair Park and Convention Center masterplan established a set of guidelines to build upon the Park’s rich history of civic art and architecture.  The Master Plan vision supports the plan to create an international destination for art and cultural programming, while preserving important historical art from the former World’s Fair on this site.  While providing a range of opportunities for permanent and performance art, the Master Plan vision promotes the legacy of innovation and global exchange that inspired this World’s Fair Park landscape.
