MYKD developed a landscape masterplan for the South Campus at the University of Massachusetts Lowell creating a more cohesive and long term development plan. The new academic building was selected as the first project to begin implementing this vision.  The project integrates multiple programmatic requirements into a garden plaza, including rain gardens, outdoor classrooms and a public space, which will overlook the future quad.  The project is LEED Gold certified.
