The Al Bateen Development is a 1.2 million square foot development located along the Abu Dhabi Waterfront.  A series of jetties extend through the site connecting this mixed use development project with the skyline and vista.  The project contains, retail, hotel, residential units and parking within the complex, as well as a souk and meditative landscape zone.   A series of public open spaces offer residents and visitors opportunities to engage a sustainable fountain along the waterfront, as well as a series of interior gardens and pedestrian boulevards.
