The new Omni Summer Street Hotel will bring hospitality and pedestrian connectivity to Boston’s Seaport, with a range of public benefits.  We are designing the streetscape landscape, a rooftop pool entertainment area and two additional rooftop gardens to be used for event space and enjoyed by hotel guests. The 800,000-square-foot parcel is owned by the Massachusetts Port Authority and is across the street from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
